You have the right to cancel your order with Board Game Knight and this can be done up to 14 days from the day after the goods are received by you. However, if we have delivered (or dispatched) the products you have ordered, you must return the products to us and pay the costs in doing so. To avoid this, we recommend that you advise us as soon as possible if you wish to exercise this right to withdraw. In the event of cancellation you must notify us either by email to contactus@boardgameknight.co.uk or in writing to Emma Hall, 8 Station Road, Cam, Dursley, Gloucestershire, GL11 5NR. You must then return the product to us at the address shown within the next 14 days. We will return the cost of the product within 30 days of notice of cancellation and after receipt of your return. You, the customer is responsible for paying the return postage. It is your responsibility to ensure items are returned as new, in the same condition in which they were received. Board Game Knight retains the right to deduct a fee of up to 10% where items are not returned as new.
In the event that any item arrives damaged, a mistake has been made on your order, or the item is faulty, then please contact us on 01453 547950 or email us using contactus@boardgameknight.co.uk. You will have 30 days from receiving your order in which to inspect any goods and inform us if any item is faulty upon arriving It is your responsibility to inform Board Game Knight of any defects to the product(s). If your item arrives damaged you will be issued with a returns label and you will qualify for a replacement or refund once the items have been returned and received by us, complete with your order number. It is your responsibility to ensure items are returned in the same condition in which they were received. Board Game Knight retains the right to deduct a fee of up to 10% where items are not returned as new, in the same condition in which they were received.

If no communication is made within 30 days, Board Game Knight will consider this item as accepted by you, the customer. If Board Game Knight hear from you within the allotted time frame regarding a defective item, you will qualify for a replacement or refund once the items have been returned and received by us, complete with your order number. The item(s) must still be in the same condition in which it was received. It is recommended that recorded delivery is used in returning items to us.
